By accessing and using the services of JK Outfitters (“the Service Provider”), registration number: 2019/500008/07, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately notify the Service Provider and cease using the services.

By using the services, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information. This includes placing information in the public domain as required for the agreed-upon services.
3. Personal Information Processing
3.1 The Service Provider shall process Personal Information in compliance with the POPI Act. 3.2 Personal Information includes:
Identifiers such as name, contact details, and biometric information.
Financial, medical, and employment data.
Correspondence marked as private or confidential.
3.3 The Service Provider shall ensure:
The integrity and confidentiality of the data.
That Personal Information is processed only for legitimate purposes related to the services provided.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, including trade secrets, technical information, and proprietary systems, shall remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider shall not be liable for any:
Unauthorized disclosure resulting from the client’s failure to adhere to security practices.
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
